What’s On The Menu?

I have heard so many different things when it comes to ideas about what’s best to eat for breakfast.  I’ve heard that it’s best to have eggs and toast with jam or whole grain oatmeal with raisins, but I still seem to be at odds when it comes to finding a variety of things I like.  What is your idea of the best breakfast?  What satisfies your hunger and give you the kick start you need in the morning?  If you have any good ideas or recipes I’d love to hear them.
